IceTV lists Tipping Point Australia on 9 Sydney at 5.00pm on those four days and nowhere on the weekend, and yourTV's Sydney guide has it at 5.00pm on Wednesday 28 October. Both were read on Wednesday 28 October, so Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 October aren't in the IceTV list. Neither guide tells us which of these episodes are new, so we haven't marked them. Sydney's times are AEDT.
Bottom line: Tipping Point Australia is on Nine and 9Now at 5.00pm every weeknight, Sydney time, in a one-hour slot. New episodes usually run Monday to Thursday.
What time is Tipping Point on?
5.00pm on Nine, head to head with The Chase on Seven. Some guides start the listing at 4.58pm, so switching over a couple of minutes early doesn't hurt if you like to catch the first drop.
It's 5.00pm on the local clock in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin as well, going by yourTV's guide for each city, because Nine's stations delay the feed. Hobart and Canberra are the exceptions in those guides, with Tipping Point Australia at 4.30pm. Daylight saving from Sunday 4 October changes the gap between cities, not the time on your own clock. Nine's local stations can shuffle the afternoon, so use your 9Now guide for the exact time where you live.
Which Tipping Point nights are new?
Monday to Thursday, as a rule. TVmaze lists Tipping Point Australia as a Monday-to-Thursday series, and in the guides we've checked, Friday's 5pm episode has carried a much lower episode number with a repeat flag.
The episode number is the quick test on any day: a number far below the rest of the week means a repeat. Episode counts climb fast on a four-nights-a-week show, and TVmaze had logged 121 episodes in 2026 by mid-September.
When did Tipping Point Australia start?
Nine launched the Australian version in January 2024, according to TVmaze, borrowing a format that began in Britain, where Ben Shephard hosts it on ITV1. The 2026 run started on 2 February.
TVmaze had logged 121 episodes of that run by 15 September, close to four a week for seven and a half months, which is why a Friday repeat barely dents the supply of new ones.
How does Tipping Point work?
Three contestants answer questions to earn counters, then drop them into a coin-pusher style machine, hoping to tip more over the edge. Counters that fall become cash.
The last player standing gets a shot at the jackpot. We stick to the format and don't reproduce the show's questions.
Nine has also taken the format into prime time for one-off celebrity editions played for charity, where famous pairs replace the usual three members of the public and the prize goes to a cause rather than a player.
How long is Tipping Point, and when does it finish?
The weeknight show fills a 60-minute slot, so it ends about 6.00pm, when Nine's news takes over. TVmaze logs the episodes themselves at 45 minutes, which is the running time once ads are taken out.
That news handover is a hard stop, which keeps the finish time predictable even when the start is listed a minute or two early.
Can I watch Tipping Point on 9Now?
Yes, live at 5pm and on demand after broadcast. 9Now is free with a login and only works inside Australia.
If you're overseas, 9Now won't play, and we don't recommend unofficial uploads. We couldn't find an official Tipping Point Australia clip channel on YouTube either; the similarly named channel belongs to the UK version, so there's no embed here.
