IceTV lists both shows on 10 at those times, and yourTV's Sydney guide has the same two times on Wednesday 28 October, with Big Brother after them at 7.30pm. IceTV also lists a Deal or No Deal at 6.30pm on Saturday 31 October, with no Hot Seat that night. We didn't read new-or-repeat labels this time, so none are shown, and Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 October were already past when we checked. Sydney's times are AEDT.
The gist: On 10, Deal or No Deal starts at 6.30pm and Millionaire Hot Seat follows at 7.00pm, Monday to Friday. Both stream on 10Play.
10 rebuilt its weeknights around this pairing in February 2026: news at 5pm, 10 News+ at 6pm, then the two game shows back to back, according to TV Blackbox's report on the reset.

The guides don't consistently label Deal episodes as new or repeated, and they don't always agree with each other when they do. Where only one guide carries a label, the dated box above says which one.
What time is Millionaire Hot Seat on?
7.00pm, weeknights, 30 minutes, with Rebecca Gibney hosting. The revival launched on 10 on Monday 2 February 2026, per Mediaweek.
A 12.30pm daytime repeat on 10 gives a second chance to catch an episode without the app.
Why did Deal or No Deal move to 6.30pm?
It has had three weeknight slots in three years. The show ran at 6pm in 2024 and 7pm in 2025, and in late October 2025 TV Blackbox reported that 10 had saved it from the axe with a shift to 6.30pm and new episodes filmed in February.
That move made room for Hot Seat at 7pm. Nine's version of Millionaire Hot Seat had ended, and 10 picked the format up for 2026, giving it the half-hour straight after Deal.
Hot Seat's episode numbers show how much of it there is: one September week's guide ran from episode 3 to episode 166 within Series 16, which is why repeats slot in so easily late in the week.
What you get is an hour of two game shows with very different pace. Deal is about nerve and the Banker's offers; Hot Seat is six people answering until someone cracks.
Is Millionaire Hot Seat on at 7pm or 9pm?
7pm. TVmaze has logged Hot Seat episodes at 9.00pm, which doesn't match 10's own announcement or the broadcast guides. Both of those say 7.00pm, so that's what we use.
Each episode features six contestants, and the guide listings usually give a one-line sketch of each of them.
Can I stream Deal or No Deal and Hot Seat on 10Play?
Yes. 10Play streams channel 10 live and keeps episodes on demand, free with an account inside Australia. The Deal or No Deal clip below comes from 10's official YouTube channel.
How do I apply for Deal or No Deal or Hot Seat?
Go through 10's own show pages: 10.com.au/deal-or-no-deal and 10.com.au/millionaire-hot-seat. When the producers are casting, the application link appears there.
If the form isn't live when you look, casting simply isn't open. Avoid third-party "apply here" sites that ask for payment; legitimate game-show applications are free.
What about Have You Been Paying Attention?
It's 10's Monday comedy quiz at 8.40pm, hosted by Tom Gleisner and now in Season 14, which TVmaze shows starting on 4 May 2026. The panel changes every week, and 10 doesn't always name the guests far ahead.
Where can I see how the contestants went?
On 10Play, once the episode is up. Deal and Hot Seat outcomes rarely appear in 10's episode descriptions or on TV news sites the next day, so the episode itself is the record.
