Australian Quiz Results, 28 September–2 October: The Chase, Tipping Point and Hard Quiz
Five of Monday's six quiz slots were first-run, and the rest of the week thins out fast. This page tracks every weeknight from 28 September to 2 October, slot by slot, and fills in results and ratings as they're published. Anything we can't point to a source for stays marked not confirmed.

Bottom line:
- Tuesday's Series 17 episode 13 is the last new Chase of the week; from Wednesday it's Series 16 hours again.
- Tipping Point stays first-run Monday to Thursday, episodes 122 to 125.
- Monday's results aren't on the record yet, and the overnight ratings land on Tuesday afternoon.
Did anyone beat the Chaser on Monday?
Not confirmed at time of writing. Series 17 episode 12 went to air at 5.00pm on Seven as a first-run hour, but Seven doesn't publish Final Chase results, and nobody we can cite had written it up by 10.30pm.

Who won Have You Been Paying Attention? on Monday?
Open for now. Ten ran Season 14 episode 22 at 8.40pm, up against Seven's new season of My Kitchen Rules with 10's new Shaun Micallef panel show at 7.30pm leading into it. The episode's scoreboard hasn't been reported anywhere yet.
It isn't the finale either, as it turns out. TVmaze lists an episode 23 for Monday 5 October at 8.40pm; Ten hasn't confirmed that yet, so it's one source. Times and catch-up are on our HYBPA page.
How did last week end at 5pm?
With Tipping Point's widest win of the fortnight, if TV Central's Friday table is right. It has Nine's show on 735,000 and The Chase Australia on 430,000, both on repeats, a gap of 305,000. That would make it nine measured weeknights in a row for Tipping Point.
We'd treat The Chase figure carefully. It's about 220,000 below its Thursday number, TV Central doesn't say why, and we haven't found a second outlet with Friday's 5pm figures. The full week, night by night, is in last week's results page.
What's worth watching for the rest of the week?
Tuesday, mostly. It's the only other night this week with a new Chase and a new Tipping Point head to head at 5pm, and 10's Deal or No Deal and Hot Seat follow without repeat tags. The planner with every slot and synopsis is our 28 September to 4 October guide.
Wednesday brings the one new ABC quiz, Hard Quiz Series 11 episode 19 at 8.00pm. On Thursday it's Tipping Point's turn to carry the new-episode count alone. Why Nine starts it at 4.58pm is covered in our Tipping Point timing guide.

FAQ
When does this page get updated?
Each weeknight after the east-coast broadcast, and again the next afternoon when overnight ratings are out. Friday's numbers close it out on Monday 5 October. The URL doesn't change.
Do the times change this week?
Not until Sunday 4 October, when daylight saving starts. From Monday 5 October the same 5.00pm in Sydney is AEDT; Queensland stays on AEST.
